CUSTOM PAINTED MODEL HORSES
Custom Painted models are one-of-a-kind pieces of art. They are individually painted by hand and are not mass production runs. Most of the horses seen in my GALLERY are cast in resin or plastic and painted in acrylic paints. All markings are added by hand with the airbrush or paintbrush. And include great detail such as tri-colored eyes, detailed hooves and chestnuts.
I would be happy to custom paint your model for you, and I offer painting slots year round.
Prices depend on the model size and coat pattern. Customers should supply good photos for the horse model. If you need help finding a model to suit your needs, contact me. Please download and fill out the Custom Horse Order Form below and return it for specific pricing and time frame.
ANIMAL PORTRAIT PAINTING
My acrylic paintings range in size from 8x10 to 16x20. Prices for full color paintings start at $200.00. I paint on canvas and also canvas and denim clothing, wood furniture and beautiful slate rock. Here are some examples of my “flat art” canvas and apparrel paintings.
COLORED PENCIL & CHARCOAL PORTRAITS
I use Prismacolor pencils on Canson paper for my full color illustrations, and also do portraits in ink and charcoal. Here are some photos of charcoal and pencil portraits I have done for my customers.
BASS RELIEF WALL PLAQUES
Sculpted by Kitty Cantrell and individually hand painted by Sheryl Leisure, these wonderful wall plaques will be the pride of any horse lover's home or office! They are scaled to each other and make a nice grouping on the wall. Quantities are VERY limited on these items.
WESTERN COMPETITION PLAQUES
These plaques are approximately 12" wide and come ready to hang, or they can be mounted onto wood plaques and used as awards at your next event. Custom painting is available and prices start at $50.00 and go up according to coat pattern and amount of detail. They are also available in gold, silver and bronze finishes for awards. Quantities are VERY limited on these items. Choose from several styles including:
RESIN HORSEHEAD PINS
These pins are cast in resin and painted by hand, and several breeds are now available. They come clear coated and ready to wear and can be ordered in custom colors. Prices range from $20.-$30.00. See what painted pins are currently available by visiting my store.
